Three Texas metros landed on CNN Money's list of seven most business-friendly
U.S. cities.
Dallas-Fort Worth ranked second, San Antonio third and Austin fourth.
CNN Money said all three cities benefit from the "pro-business Texas
atmosphere," including low taxes and tort reform measures that help shield
companies from lawsuits.
Nabbing the top spot was Oklahoma City.
The rankings are based on responses from more than 6,000 small businesses
that weighed in on a recent Thumbtack survey of the nation's 40 largest metro
areas. The seven top cities rated highest on hiring, licensing, regulation,
zoning and more.
